Tank upgrade Question

Upgrading to a 65 gal. The tank I'm looking at is 1/4 glass they offer a heavy glass option 3/8 glass for about $100 more. Is the thicker glass worth the extra? Thanks

I'd go as thin as is safe. The thicker glasses will distort your view slightly more, and the thicker the glass is the more green tint it will have, as glass has a tint to it. Starfire glass is better in that aspect, but is more money.

I don't know how safe 1/4" vs 3/8" is, but if both are fine, I'd go for the 1/4"

If it's frameless go with the thicker. Otherwise it doesn't matter on a tank that size
