Live Rock

How much live rock is recommended for 793L (209.5 Gallon).

I also have 3 options from my supply, what would you guys recommend?

Rockerostris purgemetopon Premium Cured Rock
Rockerostris pinkarostris Coral Sea Rock
Rockerostris greenarostris Green Reef Rock

210+ lbs of rock id lean towards 250 lbs

Get whichever rock is lightest and most porus

Hey mate. So being in Australia, I actually know what these are. The 'scientific names' that you quoted are just made up names by the wholesaler, Cairns Marine. :P Just for fun.

As for the different types of rocks, the premium cured is the best in my experience, in terms of well, it being cured, not having a lot of bad hitchhikers, and the shape is great to work with. So I'd go with that.

As for how much rock, 70-140kg should do, depending on how much you want to use for the scaping, and whether you have alternatives for filtration. So yeah, like what others said.

i was wondering what the go was with the scientific names, have been looking them up online with little result.

I would probably start off with about 125 pounds of rock and then go from there. Build up your reef structure and then decide whether or not you want more. Don't forget, once you start adding corals you can run out of room real quick. Unless you plan on buying a bunch of small frags, a lot of the corals out there will come in on small pieces of live rock to begin with. GL.
