Sorry to say, but this hobby is a lesson in patience.

FYI,
That smell is from the die off of the LR, it wont go away in a couple days. Best bet is to take it out, put in a large garbage can with a heater and a power head, then let it sit till it cures.

From your post it seems that you were trying to boost your bio capacity by adding more LR? In a cycled tank you have to be very, very careful about adding additional LR into the tank. There will almost always be some die-off which will release ammonia into the tank, and yes, smell really bad.
Worse for you, I don't think it'll be over in two days. You probably need to remove all the new LR, put it in a brute trash can with a heater and powerhead and just leave it to cure for a month or two. That's your best bet, but if you leave it in the tank it won't just stop stinking any time soon.
Thanks for the advise. I will remove the new rocks ASAP. Till then I have put some seachem matrix carbon in my top filter, hoping it will help reduce the smell a little.

I keep my tank ard 27-30. I try to not let it go over 30. On very hot days, the air conditioner is on.

My reasoning is that it is 36-38 all year round. If they can live out there accounting a little for the depth, they shud survive indoors

Update:
Added more cured live rocks and the tank looks like this:

Sump with the Reefoctopus nwb110

Will be adding my first fish in a day or two.
Ph, Ammonia, Nitrite readings are great.
Nitrate is on the higher side. Will be doing a mojor water change before adding the fish, hoping the nitrate to come down.
