So a clown pair, blenny, royal gramma, and a small angel.. Not sure on species will have to see colors, anything else that would fit with this nicely?

Yes, most damsels are mean as snakes and yes, you may start with several chromis' but you will end up with one left. The thinking in that is in the wild they are schooling fish for defensive reasons but in a home aquaria they are not threatened and therefore won't school. But at this time I would stay away from chromis as they have been very susceptible to uronema as of late, unless you are quarantining which I highly recommend. Once you get that in your tank...well, let's just say it's not fun.
Agree with Sk8r on all accounts, especially the tang. As far as a reef safe dwarf angel you could try a cherub although they are notroriously mean. I had a flame that was a pretty decent citizen. If you are looking for a yellow fish a yellow coris wrasse is a good option.

I'm thinking possibly ... A snowflake clown pair, Midas blenny, flame angel, and a royal gramma. Im trying to think of something blue or green in color variation to add to this.

Purple-striped and Neon Dottybacks are beautiful fish. Maybe an Exquisite Firefish? +1 on the Flame Angel. Very colorful.

Just read a little more and seems it doesn't work too well eventually so maybe just one would work
