Cool Need help with lighting intensities?

Hi there, I am some what experienced and some what of a newbie. I have a mixed reef and I am starting to want to get involved with SPS, however I have, a lot of LPS and even some softies and NPS. My question is this. i have AI's Hydra LED lights x 3 over my 160. I've noticed a lot of LFS have most of there lights where there is a lot of blue and hardly any white. I've called AI and they have helped me, but currently all my blues are in the 90% and I believe my whites are in the 50% intensity. I do have the UV around 40 to 50% and even am using some green and Reds, However those are lower in intensity. Any suggestions on my lighting intensity, given my tank.
