Coral Spotting Flashlight Opinions?

Hello,

So I am looking for a flashlight to find corals (zoas/tube nems mostly) in around 3 to 6 feet of water at night. I would also like to use it for my reef tank at home. The only one that keeps coming up consistently in my Google searches is this one:

Orphek Azurelite 5 Watt LED Flashlight (Amazon), but it is $40 and doesn't specify what LED it uses.

Anyone have a better idea? I don't mind paying $40 if it is actually the best under $100. Also this light will not be submerged so being waterproof isn't essential.

Of using it at night you should get a UV light. I live in okinawa and this is the best option as the florescent nature of corals really help.
