Biocube lighting help!!

There are 3 lights: the blue fluorescent, the white fluorescent, and the blue leds. When do i keep which one on? And for how long? I am very confused about the lighting.

Blue and white for about 5 hrs, 9am
-2pm. Blue till 7. Blue leds at night
