What are these?

So when my lights turned on this morning, these bright neon yellow things were on my rock.

All I know is that they are bright yellow and fuzzy looking.

Tank is a 14g Biocube, only 5 weeks old.
ammonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - <5
ph - 8.2
dkh - 10

Only inhabitants are : 1 skunk cleaner and 5 trochus snails.

Its only on one rock right now, which Im hoping is a good sign that I caught it fast.
Going to try to manual remove and see if it comes back.
