my 21 g tank

Hi

I am looking for something to purchase for my nano tank. For the last 8 months, my tank has been very stable. I have had an algae outbreak on glass only, and I am dealing with it with water changes and making the day cycle shorter.

My question is, what could I buy. In my tank, i current have.

2 Occ Clowns (Tank Bred) - Absolute beautiful fish
I pistol shrimp (I think, I haven't seen him in months)

1 Tree Coral (Sinularia spp.)
1 Frogspawn
1 large Goni (Hosted by my clowns unfortunately, however, its a year old and still looks good)
1 Bubble Coral
3 Torch Corals (1 Small, 1 Medium, 1 Large)
1 Large Plate (Long Tentacle)
1 Small Fungai Plate (Short Tentacle)
1 Trachyphyllia (Small)

Fine Sandbed
8 Trochus Snails
5 Nassarius Snails

I also had a cleaner shrimp which died after the electricity failed for 6 hours in winter, and my tank dropped to 12 degrees for a few hours.

The only foreseeable problem in my tank is that my coral growth is so extreme, that I literally cannot fit anymore in. I have to manually stop them from fighting sometimes (and my plate coral move from one side of the tank to the other over night, is that normal?)

I would like to buy another cleaner shrimp, but in Australia, they are over US$100, so its a big purchase (like everything else in this hobby in this country). any ideas?
