Biopellet Reactor

I just upgraded my 55 to a 75 with a sump. The cycle just finished and after a 25 gal water change I put an occellaris clown, 4 turbo snails, & 4 Nassarius snails (the 55 crashed and I took everything left and put them in a 20 quarantine until the 75 was cycled). Everything is going fine right now. I have an Innovative Marine reactor that I want to put biopellets in. I was wondering if it is a good idea to put the biopellets in and get the reactor started right after the cycle has finished or should I wait a while and let things settle in for a while. Ammonia and nitrite are 0, alk is 8, calcium is 400ppm, and nitrates are at about 10 ppm presently. I also have a phosban reactor with pump coming in a few days that I want to run GFO in. Thanks.
