Thank you Jermey at Spectrapure
I want to send a big thank you to Jermey. I ordered a RO/DI unit in August... after couple weeks noticed that the unit was not working correctly... I posted a thread on this board here asking questions and Jermey from Spectrapure was lurking the boards and helped me... He sent me out a replacement unit with a box to send back the old one... he went above and beyond the call of duty... thank you very very much Jermey.... you saved my tank.... Pete...
