Monti Cap growth stopped
I bought a Monti cap a few months ago, it was about an inch in size. For the first month it didnt grow at all, then it had a growth spurt and ending up around 3 inches in length. But for the last month it has stopped growing, its tips are no longer white, and it has lost some colour. I have another Monti Cap that is very vibrant and healthy, as well as some Digis which are also growing so I dont know what the problem could be with this one. I tried dipping it in coralrx as I thought it might have something on it but so far there hasnt been a change.
When I first bought it: When it was growing: Now:

What are your water parameters now? How long has it been since you did a wc and what percentage of wc did you do? What do you have for lighting? I know a lot of questions but necessary to figure out your problem.
In the second picture those look to be some HUGE Aiptasia, just how many of them do you have in your tank?

I have noticed drop in alk/calc and drop in phosphate cause my montis to stop. having 0 nitrate and 0 phosphate could mean you are starving them to where they are not growing well

Well I could always add another fish? Was considering getting some sort of Tang to complete my tank. I know Kole Eyes are better for a 75 gallon but I do love the look of the yellows...
The thing is though why are all my other corals growing happy if its a case of the water being too clean?

Give it a try to get the nitrates up to around 5 and see if those corals dont perk up a bit

Yes specifically for SPS but as long as you don't go over 5 you'll be fine and be able to keep SPS, LPS and softies. When under 3 I believe it's not good for LPS
