too bad. Tile is much better. I'd tile my whole house if I had the money.

It may be tile after all been talking to her and she is starting to come around now just have to find some tile

Speaking of flooring, and not to derail the topic, but does anyone have experience with carpet around a tank? I know it's not ideal but I'm looking at adding a 240g in an area with carpet. Thinking I just have to be careful and use a tarp when doing maintenance.

Problem with most flooring glues these days are they are water based.

I would keep an eye out for mold. carpet+water=mold. It does not take much water.

Yes, hard to believe that no one make a laminate with waterproof glue.
