How to figure out gph rating?
I'm assuming it would be easy to calculate the gph of a hob overflow, but I'm not sure how!
Anyone know how to figure his out?

How about putting a container, say a 1 gallon milk bottle, at the outlet of the drain. Time how long it takes to fill. Say it takes 1 minute, then you have 60gph. If it takes 10 seconds you have 6gpm which is 360gph. If the time it takes to fill a 1 gallon container is too short for timing accurately, try a bigger container, like a 5 gallon water jug. The math isn't that hard.
