Light Settings

I have a 75g with 2 AI Sol Blue lights, they are about 10" above the water and they have been on there for about 8 months now. I have noticed that none of my corals have been flourishing or spreading at all except my Kenya tree. I switched to RODI about a month ago and still having issues with hair algae. My question my current settings are ramp up the blues to 25% over an hour and on that for 6 hours then an hour ramp down, same with the white but only to 20% I've read where people run these lights at 70-80% should I slowly increase mine and see what happens? I don't want the algae to get worse but I want better growth out of my corals. I've lost all my mushrooms, zoas, polyps, chalice, half my hammer, all I have left are my Kenya, grape, hammer, pulsing xeina, and a Duncan. Just to throw in there my parameters have always seemed in line as far as calcium, phosphates, KH, nitrates, PH.
