flooded suction ? panworld pump
So I purchased a return pump the other day off eBay ! I purchased a pan world 50 px hoping it will be a great pump ! I choose a external pump and now I'm finding they are not self priming which I didn't concern me at first ! However I am reading must have flooded suction to prime !
Considering I drill my sump which I am doing and provided the water is above my bulkhead priming wont be an issue ?is this correct ? |

Instead of drilling you can also use a "U" tube over the edge of the sump.
I ran three pan worlds like on a 40gal breeder sump for years with no problem. If you need more info let me know.
