PhytoPlex Phytoplankton
I was wondering is it safe to use this product twice a week? I have a few LPS corals - frogspawn, duncans, goni, and hammer, and 1 SPS monti, not to mention a bunch of zoas, mushrooms, and so on. Would this benefit these corals or would I be wasting my time?
Thanks, Jim

With your types of coral waste of time, and if you did use it you would be paying for water. Check out phytoplan by two little fishes it's decent stuff. However if I were you look into reef chili it's got a nice mix of different sized food items to feed everything.

Thanks for the info. I just read up on the Reef Chili and that looks to be an awesome product. I'll pick up a package on black Friday.

I do use Coral Frenzy and I use only once a week on Saturdays. I was looking for something to supplement so to speak during the week.

Try some Arcti Pods. It's a great food source for fish and it can supplement your corals.
My fish go crazy for it, not cheap but It's worth it. Tiger pods is a good solution too. Also I do think duncans/hammer would benefit from the feeding. My hammer will close up and trap mysis.
