What kind of Algae is this?

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I have what I believe is GHA but there is also long white strands mixed in it as well. I'm not really sure what I have and I'm hoping someone here can help me identify it so I can treat it. I am running RowaPhos GFO at 5 tablespoons for 75g system. The tank has been up and running since July 2011. I have 2 Tunze 6095 power heads alternating current at 80 and 60%, so I should have plenty of flow. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jim

I don't know what those white strands are exactly, but the fact that they're mixed in with the green stuff, I wouldn't treat it any differently than you would GHA.

Thanks Cloak. The links are good reads. I think I need to adjust my skimmer to wet skim, right now I dry skim. I'm thinking that will help. It's just that this stuff came out of nowhere. The white strands concern me though.
