aiptasia laser
where is a good place to get a laser to kill aiptasia ? I have several pieces of live rock that are infested with aiptasia. I know these can be dangerous and I will take every precaution necessary including isolating the 3 fish I have in my tank. will the laser work on an acrylic tank ? thanks for any advise

If there are that many.....just
Easier to get rid of the rock and buy another. Break off any corals if needed

As the guy who started the laser trend, I'd advise against spending $200+ on a laser. They are only able to kill about 20% of the aiptasia due to not being able to get the entire animal. They set their 'foot' in a hole or rocky spot where you can't get the laser light beam down into it. So 10% of the aiptasia survives and they recover and grow back in a week or less!

I used concentrated kalkwasser paste in a syringe an injected at it's base. They never came back.
