Lighting Help Blue/White/Combined

I have a Marineland 24-36 Inch LED In a 20 gallon tank
Specs
•23 White 10K LEDs, •4 Blue 460nm LEDs
•2720 Lumens, •Built in digital timer
•32.3 Watts

I will be stocking coral only softies and LPS (building over next couple months)
How many hours of blue light only should I schedule per day
How many hours of white light only should I schedule per day
How many hours of blue and white light should I schedule per day
The tank get a fair amount of indirect (patio door) and standard room light
Which I should consider
Now should I cover the tank when “night” feeding so as to minimize all light exposure???
And should I schedule during day so that the tank get real nighttime??
Thanks a bunch John
