Talking Order of fish introduction

Hi! I will soon be setting up a 115-gallon fish-only tank. Due to some guidance on here and my own research, I've decided on the following fish to go with the dogface puffer: coral beauty angel, yellow-eyed cole tang, and hoeven's wrasse (maybe a male/female pair, maybe just male). What order should I introduce these fish? Should the star of the tank, the puffer, go first or last? Thanks in advance for your help.
