Helo I like fish. I keep fresh fish when in Syria. Now in America want ocean fish. This is tank. What more I need. Gratitude.

We have a file up top with the red arrow. That will explain a lot. You'll need to change 10% of the water a week, to keep up the minerals the fish use up, and you need to keep the salinity at 1.019 to 1.026. If you have snails, crabs, and corals as well as fish, the salinity needs to be between 1.024 and 1.026.

Generally follow instructions that came with the tank. That is what we call an all-in-one, and if you keep the fish load small and do your water changes, it should work well for you.
