Eheim Customer Service

Has anyone else had issues with Eheim's customer service?

I had two heater fail within two weeks of starting to use them. They responded quickly, but now will not respond after their remedies did not fix the issues.

No, I've had nothing but good results working with them.

Same here. Only contacted them once, but it was a good experience.
