I THINK that is a peanut worm could be wrong but if it is I think they are reef safe someone with more info will chime in

Next time I'll ask if 50 watts of t5 is enough for sps or if I can keep a tang in a 55g and wait for the help. Thanks community

You know many people were sleeping when you posted this and the ones looking probably didn't have a clue what it was. So have some patience, because you're going to need a lot of it in this hobby.
I also believe it's a peanut worm. Now go feed your hippo tang that lives in your 8 gal nano cube...
