a valentini puffer problem

i've had my valentini puffer for a little over a year now, in an established aquarium with a pair of clowns, (a new) coral beauty angelfish and a new sixline wrasse. just last night i fed the tank a brick of brine shrimp, and then when i checked in the morning, there was a huge anemone bloom! this wouldnt normally be a problem except now i see these weird white marks around my puffer's mouth and im wondering if the newer, bigger anemones stung him? id like to get rid of them, so could anyone suggest a way that doesnt alter the ph or temp of the tank? thanks
