Narrow Tank

I picked up a fish tank over the summer that is a 13 gallon with the dimensions of 24 x 8 x 16. With a width of 8 inches, I realized that it may be difficult to keep corals in such a narrow tank. Anyone have any suggestions (for coral and fish)? I also would like to know if anyone knew of a good, cheap lighting system for someone on a tight budget. Thanks guys

With Petco having there $1 a gallon every so often, it maybe a good deal to pick up a 20 gallon tank. The tank you describe maybe too small unless you go with some 1" gobies

I won't be able to pick up a new tank, and need to make use of this one.

That could be a cool tank with corals and a whole bunch of sexy shrimp running up and down. A clown goby would also work for a fish, maybe even a pair.

Several different gobies would be fine. Smaller damsel species. Royal Gramma, Assesors, cardinals... lots of options available - just research your purchases well before making them

As far as low light corals go, what do you think? I have a high flow pump.
