Aquasafe Canada. Has anyone else ever dealed with these clowns?

Fist off let me say if your thinking about buying something from these guys, dont.

I placed an order with them on November 29th for their Black Friday sale. December 16th I received my order and the float was missing. I signed on to their site and on my order it said they were on back order and it would be released on December 21st. I emailed them to confirm and Adam assured me it would arrive to me on January 14th. I replied to that email to see about adding a second float to the shipment to save on shipping since I should have just ordered two in the first place. I got an email back saying no. I replied again asking why and could they not do me a solid since my original one was on back order and didn't say they were out of stock when I ordered it, never heard back.

January 2nd I email them to ask if its been shipped yet because I haven't received any tracking or confirmation that it has.

January 8th I got a response. My order has shipped.

February 8th I emailed them to say its been a month since I was told it shipped and I still haven't seen it yet. No response.

Ive emailed them two more times with no response.

From a quick google search this seems about par for the costumer service they offer or don't offer.

End rant........

I purchased my ro from them and just purchased replacement filters. Never had any problems with them or the ro.

I bought a 7 stage rodi unit off them back in April for around 145$cnd shipped to my door in about 4 days. I would have given them a 10 out of 10 after that first purchase. This time around though they have me all fired up. Customer service is terrible.

I'm just p*st and venting. My wife is sick of me whining every afternoon when I get home from work and it's not in the mailbox so I figured I would b*tch to a bunch of strangers.
