return pump.

Do you guys think that an Eheim 1260 be too small for a 130 gal tank?
i really want to use my old pump.

All depends on the plumbing from the sump I guess? How long a run, how many 90's etc.

I think by the time all that is taken into consideration there would be about 500 gallons per hour of flow...

Fine for return. Depending on corals kept you may need a lot more internal display flow

Thanks. I am thinking now larger pump for other reactors. But that also means contant higher wattage...
