RapidLED PAR38 Over Frag Tank

Hello,

I have been doing some research on setting up a frag tank and kind of stuck at lighting. The plan is to use a standard 10 gallon plumbed to my system and I currently grow SPS and some LPS. I was thinking of using two PAR38 LED bulbs and narrowed it down to RapidLED.

My problems are:

1.) Which Rapid LED to purchase? On the BRS website there are daylight reef, actinic or refugium options. I assume it wouldn't be refugium so out of the other two, which one?

2.) There are mixed reviews about putting these over anemones. The plan is also to put split anemones in this tank. Is there a version of this light where anemones would thrive under?

3.) Are there any other brands out there that I should be looking at?

4.) Are there any Par38 bulbs that are controllable with the Apex Controller (VDM)
