Question Running ROX 0.8 Carbon in a TLF 150 reactor

What is the best way to run ROX 0.8 GAC in a Two Little Fishies 150 reactor so that it doesnt tumble?

I have two reactors, so I can use a sponge from the other if I need to sandwich the media between two of them.

I know ROX will float, so should I try to keep it at the top of the reactor if possible?

pack it in if you don't want it to tumble. I think it's fine to tumble them though. Currently running it in a avast reactor like that.

Best way that I have used the Rox carbon in my TLF is to run it in "reverse flow" mode.

Basically I switch the normal Input/output lines so that the water pushes the carbon down towards the bottom of the reactor where the water exits...instead of exiting the top.

I was going to do it that way. How much flow should I put through the carbon? I have 140 gallons total volume and 1 cup of GAC in the reactor. I am running through a manifold on my return pump.

For carbon.. not sure there is a premium flow rate that you are looking for...I used an MJ1200 that was split between two TLF150's with the majority going to the carbon side so that I could dial in the GFO in the other.
