AI Prime Question

Next Saturday I am going to be buying a 36 gallon BF that is 30" wide and is 18" tall. My ultimate goal is to house mainly zoas and possibly a few mushrooms. I really don't want to spend more than $200 on lighting and my work schedule can have me away from home for 2-3 days at a time. The My AI app can be very useful for my work schedule. I'm aware that the AI prime will only cover about the middle 75% of my tank since its 30" long.

My question is this: If I position corals where the light hits (toward the center), will that be sufficient lighting for this size of tank?
