Help with purple tang and ich

So I have a purple tang in qt going through ttm. Tomorrow I'll be the last and final tt. I have transfered him 4 times tomorrow will be 5. I still see super tiny white spots lower stomach area. There like .2-.5mm in diameter. If looked under the correct angle and under ambient light it looks like the dots are shiny and sparkling. I still see no symptoms of ich besides that. Eats everything I give mysis, and lots of Nori. What am I supposed to do if I still see it after the last transfer? Is this ich or something else? I've seen these dots for almost 3-5 days. Assuming it was velvet wouldn't it be dead by now?

What else could this be? Correct me if I'm wrong but under blue-black light isent ich dots visible? When looking under these lights I cannot see the dots.

I can't count exactly as there so tiny but to take a guess I would say roughly 10 on each side. Sorry to be so cautious but my first fish I got had velvet and I had to go fallow for 80 days and I'm just getting back up and running so I don't want to take any risks.

Very hard to take a picture too because you can only see these dots under ambient lighting and at a certain angle
