Diminished RODI production.....
I have a 200 gph RODI that had been working perfectly fine 18 months until about a month ago. From the very start it was producing around 8 gph and then it dropped to 6 gph. I replaced all of the filters, new media and membranes with still no improvement. I then replaced the booster pump and that's still not helping. I am getting less than 60 psi thru the unit and cant figure out what the issue is. I reached out to the manufacturer who made a few suggestions but after contacting them again to say those suggestions didn't help, they have stopped responding to me.
So, does anyone have any suggestions?

Any of the fittings have calcium buildup that could be reducing the flow?

See if there are any check valves on the system. If so, one or more could have gone bad.
Also, if you haven't replaced your flow restrictor along with your new membrane, that could be the problem. |

If you refill DI resin, you could have also had a bead or two that made it outside the canister and into the RO tubing... that could cause a blockage also.

I am running 2 x 100 gpd membranes. The system is supposed to be a high efficient system with a 1:1 ratio.

so i think i narrowed it down....i have the product line split into two lines so one line goes to my topoff bin and the other to my 100g tank i used to mix saltwater. when i turn the line on for my topoff bin my pressure is over 60 psi. I turned that line off and turned the line on for my mixing tank and I am barely getting 40 psi. I will look at the float and ball valves along with look for a blockage in the line.

What's the length of the 2 productions lines? Could the distance of the 2 lines make a difference?

The mixing tank is only about two more feet. It's always been that way since I set it up. Hopefully it's just the float or ball valve.
