Chances of this coral coming back?

Had this dude for a while now, lately polyps are very small and continually growing a brown algae substance on it (maybe brown jelly disease?) blow it off daily looking this crappy for 3 weeks now, revive did nothing, should I just scrap him?

it looks like a goniopora. i can see a few polyps left so it's not completely dead yet but in a bad condition. i'd just leave it there even though chances of this coral coming back are very slim.
