ReefBright LED strip flashing on and off

My ReefBright LED 24" strip is flashing on and off all of a sudden. Has anyone ever had this happen? Any suggestions as to a fix? I have it hooked up to my APEX controller. I have not unplugged it and plugged it directly into an outlet to see what it does, I will do that when I get home from work. I am hoping it is not toasted!!!

My 24 inch reefbrite, while attached to apex, started doing something similar. It would flash on and off like lightning during my off cycle . To fix it, I moved it to another outlet on my dc8. I'm guessing I have a leaky switch on dc8 or something.

I'll give that a try, although it's not flashing during an off cycle, only when it's in the on cycle.

So I plugged it into a separate Apex outlet, same thing, I plugged it directly into the wall, same thing. I wrote a message to ReefBright customer service on their website and have yet to hear from them. My next plan of action is to try and call on Monday.
