internal sump leak
i got a proflex model 3 sump, and the water retaining wall doesn't retain water. il add an image if you don't know what im talking about. the company has a lifetime grantee against leaking, but i think that only applies if water is actually exiting the sump itself. it seems like i could fix it with silicone, but i don't know. any suggestions?

imo, it doesn't matter where it's leaking. as long as it's leaking where it's not supposed to leak and the tank has lifetime warranty, just call the company and let them fix it for you.

Check with the manufacturer. Internal baffles don't have to be completely water tight; they just need to be able to direct the water where you want it to go.
