I have a delivery coming today. Starting a culture to keep my recently added Mandarin well fed.

I did the same thing immediately after my system was cycled as I started with dry sand and pukani. 5 months later i bought a skinny Mandarin that has since become fat.
the tank is reasonably sized but no refugium so I'll be keeping an eye on things and will restock if necessary
