new lights questions

I just added a second strip of 18 watt orbit marine LEDs which gives me a total of 36 watts in my 37 gallon reef. I was wondering if anyone had a simular set up and how I should set the lights with my current livestock which is below.

Toadstool, Xenia, Hairy MR, Polyps, Monipora, Brain, Cespitulari added a second

Eventually I would like to keep SPS but for now I don't want to hurt any of my current creatures.

I have been running the second strip at 40 - 50% for about 4 hours a day for a week.

Also can anyone please ID the attached coral and tell me where he should be kept on the reef with my lights.

As always thanks a lot

Attached is favia. Medium light requirement. I would say midway up the tank, but not directly in the highest intensity
