Added a new light.. Fish stressed

Hi,
I added a new LED radion xr30w to my tank about two days ago. I previously had one and decided to splurge and get another one. I have a 180 gal tank and now have two radions lighting my tank.
My fish have been acting stressed for the past couple of days my fox face rabbit is flicking his fins and my blue hippo is looking pale I'm not sure what to do. Is it normal for the fish to act like this when switching lights? Should I leave everything be and let them adjust, or shorten hours of light? i can lower the intensity by 2% as well if that would help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I added the disco ball Kessil to my 14g nano, my fish freaked out like crazy. They hid in the rocks for what almost seemed like a week. Are the new lights a much higher intensity, if so dial a back a little ad raise it back up slowly o where you want it.

Thankyou for sharing your experience with me.. I could only turn down the light 2% but did so.
My tang is flicking around and acting irritated. I've never heard of a fish acting like it's got a parasite from adding a new light. But the light is literally the only thing I've added to my tank in over a year. Im pretty worried about my fish at this point.
