Should i.... or should i...
I have a 60 cube i will be moving to a 75g. I have some pukani that needs to cure and that will take .. well ever how long it takes. Should i go ahead and move things over and do my rock work with what i have in my 60 and then when the Pukani is read redo some rock work? Or should i wait till the Pukani is done to move everything over. They are right next to each other. Once the move is done i will sell the Rimless 60 cube.

How old is the tank that you are upgrading? If it is well established then wait a little bit to see if you have any die off (ammonia) after the move. If so wait, if not start adding the additional rock a little at a time. Your tank should be able to handle the new rock in moderation. I learned that one the hard way a few years ago and added everything at once.

I agree - You can probably add a piece (or two, depending on size) once every week or two. The only down side would be if you wanted all the new rock on the bottom...that would make it harder.

If you can, I would just wait to put them all in together so you aren't constantly re-sculpting the rock scape.
