Octopus Classic skimmer pump AC or DC?

I just got a Octopus Classic 150INT skimmer and it comes with a Aquatrance 2000s Pinwheel Pump.

I want to run it on a timer and I can't find out whether this pump is AC or a DC pump?

anyone have this on a timer or know if its a DC pump?

Whether it's AC or DC will not matter to the timer.Usually DC pumps have a controller for speed.
