HELP - What is this worm in my tank?

Hi all, I removed all my live rock to clean and on the underside of the biggest rock i notices lots of clear mucus and sand stuck to it, i cleaned the rock and this worm about 30cm fell out. Is this a harmless bristle worm or is it a bobbit or other bad worm?

You are the only one who has seen it since we don't have a photo and you haven't even provided a good description, why don't you look up those two worms and decide for yourself. How are we supposed to help?

eunicid/bobbit worm for sure! great job catching it out of there before it got big enough to consume everything. next step, setup your dream sea serpent tank and let this sucker grow to a crazy massive size to wow your friends, terrify your enemies, and wooo your suitors with your ability to tame such a beast.
