Aquamaxx Pump

So, my Cone 2 pump had an impeller go bad. All impellers are on a back order for another 2-3 weeks. But, I just noticed I now have a small hairline crack in my pump housing.

Does this entire pump need to replaced? Sucks, because if so, I am just going to have to purchase another skimmer because no one has any pumps in stock. Crappy overall as the skimmer is only 2 years old.
