Moving critters to a new tank

How long after i cycle my new tank can i move over a leather? I have a large toadstool and want to get it moved over there before any of the fish.

If the new tank is truly cycled, I would think that you could move it immediately. I would make sure the new tank's water temperature, specific gravity, and probably alkalinity match the old tank's, then you should be good to go.

(Disclaimer: This is just my gut feeling based on absolutely nothing. )
