How Much Flow
I have been out of the hobby for a few years, and I am wanting to get back in the hobby. I have a JBJ nano cube 28 that I am going to set back up. I have two koralia nano powerheads that are rated at 425 GPH each. Will this be enough flow? I am looking at having some zoa's and some LPS as well as a couple of fish. Also will 40 pounds of live sand be enough for this tank? Thanks.

That seems like A LOT of flow for a 28g cube. I have a 29 gallon which is 30" long and I have just one 425gph Koralia Hydor and it took me a long time to find a good placement and angle so it wouldn't completely blast my LPS.

Thats 30X display volume... thats good flow.. Typically people run 20-100x display volume
40lbs of live rock is great too..

Lots of flow for just zoa. Stick with just 1 pump for starters
