ID help

I've noticed this guy Lukes to hang around the back of my overflow box. What is he?

Why does it want to hang out up there? Probably can't answer that. Oh well

They eat up stuff so if your overflow has lots of "food" it will go there

I have seen a handful of small snails in my sump. They don't appear to be the same as that guy. If they are, I have no idea how it got into my dispay. Honestly, I have no idea how it got into my display even if it didn't come from the sump. I've been lucky. I haven't had any bad hitchhikers in my system other than one majano in my sump.

Do they reproduce sexually or asexually?

from my knowledge most snails are hermaphrodites, so it can only take just one to reproduce.
My guess is they have been in the display the whole time, you only notice them in the sump, plus they tend to mainly be active at night, you could have a couple dozen in your display and you wouldn't even know it, till you start looking around when the lights are off.

If I don't pick the "large thumbnail" image on imgur, it serves the images at it's full resolution. I think my cell phone camera is like 12 megapixels.

Well a super blown up photo never hurt anyone, better than the potato quality, completely blued out LED pics that get posted on here.
