I had 2 of these pop out after a feeding, while I was stirring up the tank for WC..
Any ideas??

I had that too! I completely freaked out and it went into the powerhead and disintegrated. I thought they were some kind of eggs/sperm but I'm not sure.

If you could catch it to look at the head if it comes out and swims again to see if it has the 5 tentacles, might be a species of eunicid worm. I say that because I've seen them swim like that before, not that other marine worms don't or cant swim like that, just my observation and 2 cents.

Looks like a nemertean worm to me. Some are predatory and some are scavengers. So possible goodie or possible badie.

Geeze that is savage, I think there are two groups one that is predatory that actually has a venomous prohibiscus and the other scavengers type that lacks the weapon, forget the two different types, but pretty sure that's right.
