I have these too but I don't know what they are. I suspect eggs of some sort but again I have no idea from what if they were. Following along.

I have hundreds of them over the back wall and on my live rock. Will any of them hatch into snails?

Agree with sugar. They are snail eggs.
Though don't hold your breath for them to hatch.
