Simple Sand Dollar question

can they be purchased and live in a reef tank??

More curious than anything....

I've never seen them for sale, or know anything about their care.

I'm not sure why anyone would want one. I used to find tons of them at the beach as a kid. As far as I know, they are always buried in the sand, not even visible

I think they are mostly temperate and require colder water than a reef.

I also think they are voracious and can not be provided with enough food in Aquaria
