Storing Salt Mix

Every bag/bucket/box of salt I buy turns rock hard overnight despite resealing the bucket etc...

Anyone have a method for keeping salt mix dry once opened?

I tried searching this topic but had no luck.

Thanks

you have to make sure the bucket or bag is 100% sealed. If it is, then there will be no issue. If that's not happening then air is definitely getting in there.

I use the IO pail which has a seal on the lid. I make sure the lid is tight all around and the salt never gets hard.
